Inspired by these experiences, E-Z Draws was born—a product designed to restore dignity, self-esteem, confidence and independence with lower body dressing.

As a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 40 years of experience, Janice Gladney has dedicated her career to helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Throughout her journey, she has worked with countless clients who faced daily challenges with mobility, particularly in something as fundamental as dressing themselves.

Time and time again, she witnessed the frustration, loss of confidence, and dependence that stemmed from the inability to pull up lower-body clothing. These struggles deeply resonated with her and sparked a question: What if there was a way to make dressing effortless for everyone, no matter their mobility challenges?

Driven by her clients' determination and her unwavering belief in their potential, Janice set out to create a solution. That’s how E-Z Draws was born—a revolutionary, patented assistive undergarment designed to restore independence and dignity.
